Пілотування короткотривалих навчальних курсів із цифрової трансформації, сталого розвитку і інклюзивності в межах роботи над міжнародним проєктом Erasmus+ «Redefining higher education in a digital context, while promoting a common, inclusive, and sustainable framework based on EU best practices and policy recommendations»

Команда Вінницького державного педагогічного університету імені Михайла Коцюбинського продовжує працювати над робочими пакетами міжнародного проєкту Erasmus+ «Redefining higher education in a digital context, while promoting a common, inclusive, and sustainable framework based on EU best practices and policy recommendations» (RE-DIRECTION).

Викладачі університету (Галина Гордійчук, Олеся Жовнич, Світлана Кізім, Володимир Кобися, Ольга Паламарчук) розробили пілотний навчальний курс «Вирішення проблем сталого розвитку», що передбачає ознайомлення студентів із історією та еволюцією концепції сталого розвитку, цілями і підходами до вирішення проблем сталого розвитку, глобальними викликами сьогодення тощо.

Студенти спеціальності 015.39 Професійна освіта (Цифрові технології) зареєструвалися на цифровій платформі проекту https://elearning.re-direction.org/ і обрали певні курси для вивчення, серед яких: «Цифрові інформаційні навички», «Інклюзивна комунікація для всіх», «Сприяння сталому розвитку», «Вирішення проблем сталого розвитку».

Зареєстровані на курси студенти мали можливість познайомитися зі змістом курсів англійською та українською мовами, пройти тестування щодо засвоєння знань із обраних курсів і виконати професійно орієнтовані завдання. Завдання були спрямовані на набуття студентами теоретичних знань і практичних навичок із питань цифровізації, сталого розвитку та інклюзивності.

Процес пілотування короткотривалих навчальних курсів включав етап зворотного зв'язку, спрямований на подальше уточнення та розробку змісту, методики та організаційних складових курсу на основі аналізу оцінювання результатів навчання.

За результатами навчання, учасники пілотування отримають відповідні сертифікати про проходження курсів. Розроблені навчальні короткотривалі курси допомагають досягти цілей проекту RE-DIRECTION та сприяють реалізації концепцій цифрової трансформації, сталого розвитку та інклюзивності у закладах вищої освіти України.

Pilot implementation of short-term training courses on digital transformation, sustainable development, and inclusivity as part of an international project Erasmus+ «Redefining higher education in a digital context, while promoting a common, inclusive, and sustainable framework based on EU best practices and policy recommendations»

The team at Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University continues to work on the work packages for the international Erasmus+ project “Redefining higher education in a digital context, while promoting a common, inclusive, and sustainable framework based on EU best practices and policy recommendations” (RE-DIRECTION).

University faculty members (Galyna Gordiichuk, Olesia Zhovnych, Svitlana Kizim, Volodymyr Kobysia, Olga Palamarchuk) have developed a pilot course titled “Addressing the challenges of sustainable development,” which introduces students to the history and evolution of the concept of sustainable development, the goals and approaches to addressing sustainable development challenges, today’s global challenges, and more.

Students majoring in 015.39 Vocational Education (Digital Technologies) registered on the project’s digital platform https://elearning.re-direction.org/ and selected specific courses to study, including: «Digital Information Skills», «Inclusive Communication for All», «Contributing to a Sustainable Future» and «Addressing Sustainability Challenges».

Students registered for the courses had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the course content in English and Ukrainian, take tests to assess their knowledge of the selected courses, and complete professionally oriented assignments. The tasks were designed to help students acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the areas of digitalization, sustainable development, and inclusivity.

The piloting process for the short-term training courses included a feedback phase aimed at further refining and developing the course content, methodology, and organizational components based on an analysis of learning outcomes.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive corresponding certificates confirming their fulfillment of the curriculum requirements. The developed short-term training courses help achieve the goals of the RE-DIRECTION project and contribute to the implementation of the concepts of digital transformation, sustainable development, and inclusivity in higher education institutions in Ukraine
